Titus Jones says - SHOCK WAV is my fourth full-length mashup album - a high-energy, nostalgia-soaked collection built from over 75 source songs. I’ve always loved the chaotic beauty of mashups, and this project dives deep into the world of 90s and 2000s pop, rock, hip-hop, and electronica.
The name is a nod to the early days of .wav files, home production, and the golden era of file-sharing. This album is a love letter to digital music and mashup culture, and a reminder of why I started doing this in the first place.
